Copyright policy

Kakugi complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice and we will respond promptly.

Filing a DMCA notice

To file a notice of claimed infringement, please provide a written communication to our designated contact that includes the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its URL on our site, so we can locate it.
  • Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Submitting your notice

Send your complete notice to hello@kakugi.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material as appropriate.

Counter-notice

If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing the required statutory information. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in accordance with the DMCA.

Repeat infringers

We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access for parties who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
